RELATIONSHIP CORNER: THE SIGNS OF TRUE LOVE
Getting a true love is divine, because love is a spirit, it is more dipper than the physical. It is a spiritual phenomenon that is expressed through the physical means. This is why one needs to pray and watch continually to get the real love. When you fall in love blindly, you might probably get a fake love. Watchfulness, after you have prayed is very important- don’t be too much in haste. It worth being patient, no matter your age, wait on God and watch, God will bring you in contact with the bone of your bone in Jesus name-Amen.

Many relationships and marriages are in tragedy, not because they didn’t pray, but because they operated a blindfolded-love. They left for the angel their own responsibility in watching and waiting patiently for their bones. Others could not control themselves when they are attracted to the opposite sex for a relationship, they become unorganized and peaceless. What an immaturity. Well, am not really dealing with the aspect of controlling your emotion in your relationship now, however, in this article, I want to teach us the fourteen pure and true signs for a true love when watching:
1. True love is patient: Any love or relationship that is posing a haste on you, should be checked else it might wreck you someday. Any love posing sex on you in haste or wanting to taste you should be checked, because it does not synchronize with the word of God. Don’t be in haste, and don’t allow any person to hasting you into marriage or having sex. Relationship or marriage needs time! How do you think you will use just few days analysis to run a home you are going to be living for ever, till death do you part? You are going to stay and spend the rest of your life together. Many a times, we increase the level of uncertainties and problems in our lives and future because we fail to see things the way God sees them and act on our own ways. beware!
2. Love is two way traffic, not a one-way thing: There must be a going and a coming of love demonstration. If it seems you are the only one showing the love and the other partner is not or does not have time for you, beware!
3 Your love to each other must be purely sincere, not the sexual lust. Sex must not be the reason for your coming together, else such relationship won’t last.
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine-songs of Solomon 1:2
This woman’s love was a sincere one. The Greek word for this love of this woman in that verse is ‘dode,’ which means sincere and real love. Don’t misquote me, am not saying that kissing in relationship before marriage is good, infact it is very bad. Am just trying to emphasize the purity of love. Let’s see the man’s love towards this woman.
I have compared thee, my love to a company of horses in Pharaoh’s chariots-Songs of Sol 1:9
The greek word for this man’s love is ‘rahyaw,’ and it implies ‘female associate.’ This is how many singles are being deceived. One may be having a real love and the other will be pretending. You must study the love of your partner to know if actually the love is real. This man took that woman who was boiling with real love for him as one of his female associate. What a mess! Are you sure in that your so-called relationship, you are not just an associate to that lover of your? It will be too tragedic if you are, because you will be the most foolish human on earth. In just no time, your loss will be perfectly elastic. God must never to be blamed for your relationship blunders if you fall into any. But the funny thing there is that you ought to have learnt how this love doesn’t and does work in all your relationship blunders. It is either you didn’t get the voice and will of God well in your marital, or your flesh led you into it.
4. A true love is not fearful:
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear; because fear has torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love-I John 4;18
If you are in a relationship and you couldn’t express yourself, you are in danger. You are not born a slave. Both of you must be free to express yourself to each other, however, with respect and submission. Don’t manage torment, it only shows you might be wrongly connected.
5 A true love must be sacrificial:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his son… . – John 3:16
True love is not selfish, or self-centered, it must be willing to sacrifice for you. If you are so loved but that love is so selfish, all it thinks about is him or herself, or to satisfy his or her sexual pressure and pleasure, beware, you might be wrongly connected. However, beware of some sacrifice done by anyone to entrap and trick you. This is where you need God, because the Bible calls him the God of the spirit of all flesh. He knows who is deceiving and who is not. Many might show you such a great sacrifice that can make you melt into their trap. You might say, is it not just one sex? But the reward is greater than just one sex. Just only one sex outside you marriage have a greater negative impact on your personality, life, glory and destiny, not to talk of multiples of it. Beware!
