Leaders are Learners

Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to failure. Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don’t call them “failures” they call them “glitches, mistakes, bungles, setbacks” – but not failing.

When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didn’t know what a hard decision was. An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that there’s a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong. This doesn’t dissua… Continue

A man of honour knows when to call it quit.
Unfortunately Amoudu Shauibu lacks honour and dignity.
One of the reason why he must resign, is that he lacks the support of the players
Secondly, he is technically deficient.

Female football deserves a better deal than what they presently recei… Continue

Divine speed enables a man to accomplish great task with ease.
It does not matter where you are presently, because a thousand years in the sight of God is just a day.
In just one day: Joseph graduated from been a prisoner to been a ruler over Egypt
Esther rose from an unknown to becoming a queen.
These were achieved via the power of divine speed.
For your sake, God will cut off all protocols.
There… Continue

The Power of Focus

A man, who doesn’t have a purpose for existing, will never have a focus in life.
Two specific things will eventually happen to such a fellow.
The first is that a purpose will be assigned to him or her.
He or she may not like it much.
The second is that the fellow may end up living a life of no purpose.
The success of every individual on planet earth depends upon choosing a tangible purpose through which you will journey through life.
It is only in purpose, that one can have the rare ability to c… Continue
